In a Blink of an Eye
Wow the month of June went by so fast! I had my nieces here visiting for 2 weeks from Louisiana. It was awesome hanging with them. I get to see them about once a year so its always fun relearning who they are. They are almost taller than me! =-0 And of course there was Fathers day and my moms birthday and my birthday and the 4th was here before we could blink lol. . I had a great birthday to. Got to enjoy friends from Chicago and being on the lake 2wice!! And Peter took me to dinner at Cosmos and we spent over 2hrs. just enjoying the food and outdoor patio! Its been a really fun and relaxing weekend. Tomm its back to life. 7/5/10

Ah for Summer!
Today is going to be a long day. Im just relaxin a bit watching an Animee Skip Beat and drinkin coffee Then in a bit i get to get rdy for work, drop Elah off and go to work. I wont be home till after 8 sometime. At least it is a beautiful day! I get to look at it all day out my window =-) Fun story of the week took Elah out this past weekend to put her feet in the grass. It was hilarious. She didnt know if she liked it or not she just sort of sat there with this look on her face of bewilderment. I cant wait till she can actually tell me if she likes something instead of guessing. And she of course tried to put branches and leaves that had fallen into her mouth hee hee... 5/25/10
Breaking News!!!
Elahshaia has just started scooch-crawling in the past 2 days! But not only that she really doesn't want to crawl but walk so she gets her feet underneath her and starts to stand and then tips right over. Its hilarious! =-) Peter got a tape of it but its on his i-phone so it may be a while before he converts it. Maybe we will get lucky this weekend on our trip and get her doing it on the camera instead.
Yeah! Finally warm days, sunshine and green all around. I do not miss the cold. = ) Elah is 9months now and getting so big. She sits up on her own and is trying to walk before learning to crawl lol. She is a joy to be around and makes everyday special. We are getting ready to take another Chicago weekend trip to visit our friend Matt. I can't wait! Other than work Iv been enjoying catching up with friends, taking walks with Elah and seeing a movie here and there. "How to Train Your Dragon" was an great movie and worth seeing in 3-D Ow and Iv been watching Castle lately and I really like it. It makes me laugh.

Elahshaia spent her first new year in Chicago! We got to spend time with her Godfather Matt and our very good friends Dave and Cassandra. We spent 2 days in the city with Matt shopping and having a grand time! New Years eve we spent celebrating in the hospital with Cassandra and Dave at the arrival of their second munchkin Trinity. We Love our friends and miss them now that we are back. Here's to the next time we meet again. . .

Elahshaia Born 8/8/09 Welcome to our newest little bundle of joy Elahshaia Sarayu Lenardson Born 8/8/09 at 12:44am after 20hrs. of labor! She was born 5 weeks early at 5.6pounds and had to stay in the NIC U for just under 2 weeks. She was born healthy but just needed a little extra love and attention as she did not know how to eat and breath at the same time. And to why she came time. And to why she came early? Well I just think she took Peter(Dad) literally when he told her, the night before she was born, that he couldn't wait for her to come out and play! =)
